Linda has been featured on the Fox 40 Good morning segments for nutrition and food preparation for health. She also has been featured with Sharon Ito, Channel 10 News, with question and answers for viewers with fitness and nutrition questions.
Nutrition classes are scheduled each

all classes!
The goal of each
class is to:
- Teach people how to balance food,
weight, and exercise in a healthy manner.
- Learn to eat healthfully, lose
weight, and maintain good energy.
- Shift focus from "weight" to
"health".
- Learn goal-setting for a
successful weight loss program.
- Have each person receive an
individualized Nutrition or Weight Loss Program.
