The BASIC - Online training
Includes: Mat Pilates on MON or WED @ 8:30 am and a one hour online coaching session– nutrition and personalized consulting to determine the best route for you to stay strong physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The BODY & MIND - PRIVATE TRAINING
This training is a one hour online or in person session 1 x per week - Included is a health coaching session to determine what workout is your BEST FIT. A Nutrition plan which is based on your weight goal, spelled out, no guess work, a more disiplined eating plan which includes a grocery list, nutrient list and accountability each week, and this package includes a one hour workout in person each week at my studio, or online with zoom. This plan is to help RE-TRAIN the mind to bring the body into a healthy, strong and fit balance.
